Color: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections
Perfume: It is a very varied and multi-faceted bouquet that is perceived in this wine, with ripe fruity notes of melon, white peach, pear or delicious apple, but also with aromas of quince jelly, chamomile and pineapple, accompanied by notes flint minerals.
Taste: The combination of fruity, aromatic and savory flavor components is also evident on the palate. The compact structure with an elegant creaminess blends into a very aromatic, persistent and distinctly mineral aftertaste.

Winemaking
Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Delicate whole bunch pressing and racking for natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in large oak barrels (70 & 30 hl). Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months on fine yeasts in traditional wooden barrels.
