Winemaking
The selected grapes are dried in the air for about 6 months and are subsequently pressed. The must ferments in French barriques until it reaches the perfect balance between residual sugar, acidity and alcohol content
Characteristics
Color: golden yellow with amber reflections
Bouquet: fruity of ripe apricot, pineapple, melon and peach, hints of candied exotic fruit and mango.
Taste: in the mouth it is soft, full-bodied and with a long and pleasant persistence
Pairing
as a dessert wine, with strudel or matured. Wine for conversation and meditation
Alcohol: 10.5% vol
Residual sugars: 303 g/l (The data may vary slightly depending on the vintage)
