Winemaking
fermentation in wooden barrels, aging for about a year in French barriques and large barrels

Characteristics
Color: impenetrable dark garnet red
Bouquet: fruity cherry and ripe berries, hints of violet, eucalyptus and humus, spiciness of cocoa and vanilla
Flavor: intense and persistent, with an elegant freshness, noble and soft tannins.

Pairing
with red meats, game and mature cheeses. Wine with great aging potential

Alcohol: 13.5% vol
