Description
Medium garnet red. Broad spectrum aroma ranging from cherry to red berries and spices; medium-bodied and balanced, it has an elegant and persistent finish.

Aging potential: 6 – 8 years.
Pinot Noir grape variety . 15-20 year old espalier plants.
Winemaking
Brief cool maceration and subsequent fermentation at 25° C for 14 days. Malolactic and aging of the wine for 2/3 in large wooden barrels (35 hl) and 1/3 in barriques for 12 months. One year of bottle maturation.
Pairing
Light starters, veal and poultry but also robust fish dishes.
