The bunches, rigorously harvested manually, are delicately pressed, to then be ready for fermentation in steel tanks. After six months of aging on fine yeasts, the Sauvignon “Raif” is ready to delight your palate. With its brilliant golden yellow it is already eye-catching. A seductive bouquet of figs and nettles and unmistakable aromas of fragrant elderberry inebriate the sense of smell. In the mouth, this white impresses with its balance and its pleasant mineral acidity. Its complex aromas that intertwine with its freshness make the elegant "Raif" an excellent accompaniment to dishes based on delicate fish, crustaceans, molluscs but also to tasty poultry, pork and veal.
