Sàcalis means limestone and originates from a play on words in the Latin language.
Its essential characteristics derive from the calcareous soil: mineral wine, complex and dominated by a refined structure with great depth.

A peculiar characteristic of the vineyard is the crossing of a deep vein of limestone.
This characteristic contributes to obtaining a high quality of the grapes.

SACALIS SAUVIGNON RESERVE

It has a bright straw yellow color with green reflections.
Complex, with notes of flint, elderflower and grapefruit and ripe notes of exotic fruit.
Mineral, salty, with an elegant acidity and a long finish.
