PUITEN Pinot Grigio

Description
An intense greenish-yellow color and a pleasantly fruity bouquet with hints of quince, pear and melon. It is a Pinot grigio with character and a beautiful freshness.
Aging potential: 3 – 5 years.
Pinot grigio/Ruländer grape variety .
Winemaking
Cold fermentation at 18° C in steel. Part of the must ferments in large wooden vats with regular batonage. After 10 months of separate maturation on the lees, the wines are carefully assembled and bottled.

Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
Acidity: 5.8 g/l
Residual sugars: 2.1 g/l
Pairing
Suitable for first courses, seafood, fish and lightly spiced preparations based on white meat.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12° C.
