Winemaking
Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Destemming of the bunches and subsequent slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with delicate movement of the must. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 18 months in barrique. For the refinement in barrique, one third of new barrels are used. Blending three months before bottling.

Description of the wine
Color: deep and impenetrable ruby ​​red with purple reflections
Perfume: The bouquet of this Lagrein selection immediately appears very full and rich in facets, with a veil of licorice, coffee beans, vanilla pods, cloves and black tea. An aromatic but also fruity scent, with hints of morello cherry and blackberry.
Taste: The taste profile is harmonious, with decidedly compact, concentrated and varied aromas, characterized not only by a fruity taste, but also by spicy aromas and a light sweetish note of dark chocolate, embellished by very refined tannins.
