DESCRIPTION
Freshness, youth, elegance: if we had only three words to describe the Pinot Bianco “Vom Stein” from the Castelfeder winery, the aforementioned would be the chosen ones. The must, obtained from bunches harvested strictly by hand and subjected to delicate pressing, is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bottling is preceded by six months maturation on fine yeasts. The wine shows off a straw yellow color and scents rise from the glass that recall apples and tropical fruits. The savory and mineral structure caresses the palate giving a persistent finish. Thanks to its qualities as an easy-drinking wine, Pinot Blanc “Vom Stein” goes well with a variety of first courses but cannot be missed if the table is set with dishes based on asparagus, fish, poultry and pork. .
