This wine bears the name of the grape of the same name, a particular variety of yellow muscat which in the historical local language was called Pfefferer. Probably for its spicy aroma, since Pfeffer means pepper in German.
The wine is characterized by delicate fruity and nutmeg aromas, accompanied by a pleasant freshness. Excellent aperitif wine.
The enthusiast is immediately struck by the youthful and brilliant character and the elegance of this wine.
Aging potential: 2 years.
Winemaking
Controlled fermentation at 18° C and aging for a few months on the yeasts.
