Its light straw yellow, crossed by greenish tones reminiscent of Alpine meadows, fills the glass. At the same time, a multifaceted play of scents arises which ranges from aromas of flint, through elderberry to notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it shows off its interesting acid structure, its linear character and its mineral freshness.
