Characteristics
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: tomato and nettle leaves, green peppers, mint, fruity hints of yellow peach and pink grapefruit, acacia and elderberry, elderberry. When aged, it develops interesting mineral notes and flint nuances.
Taste: fruity taste with delicate and balanced acidity, good structure and persistent aftertaste

Pairing
excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by dishes with asparagus, fish dishes, light or vegetarian dishes. Ideal for aromatic herb cooking
