Winemaking
Fermentation in steel with 10 day maceration on the pomace and subsequent malolactic fermentation in barrel. Maturation for 18 months in French wooden barriques. After assembly, long refinement in the bottle.


Tasting
A fresh and brilliant intense ruby ​​color characterizes the Merlot Riserva Vigna “Kastelaz”. On the nose the wine is intense and pure with hints of black cherry and plum accompanied by a whiff of caramelized notes and delicate toasting. Soft and velvety tannins, soft texture, spicy flavor, fruity concentration and filigree elegance combine on the palate. An inviting and attractive charmeur.
