Vinification The maceration was carried out at a controlled temperature (26°C) with continuous pumping over to increase the release of substances from the skins.
Aging in barriques for 12 months and in large oak barrels for six months. After bottling, the wine is further refined in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.
