La Ricolma 2021 San Giusto a Rentennano

Wine from Merlot grapes, coming from vineyards with soils particularly suited to the characteristics of the vine, harvested by hand at perfect ripeness later than local customs. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 18 days, followed by racking and pressing. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously as with all the company's wines. After an initial racking, the wine is placed in French oak barriques for 20-22 months. Once bottled, it ages for a further 6 months in glass.

Ricolma is a long-life wine. The product was subjected to a single light filtering. Possibility of modest deposit.
