Characteristics
Color: intense straw yellow with golden reflections
Bouquet: aromatic with floral notes of rose petals and carnation, fruity hints of litchi, grapefruit and exotic fruit, light scent of honey
Flavour: intense, complex and spicy, with a slightly sweet aftertaste

Pairing
with shellfish, spicy dishes from Asian or European cuisine, semi-mature cheeses, speck

Alcohol: 15% vol
