Winemaking
soft pressing, maturation in steel on the fine lees. Part of the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in barriques.

Color: intense straw yellow with golden reflections
Bouquet: exotic notes of pineapple, mango and melon, light scent of maracuja, vanilla and banana
Taste: elegant and fresh with well-balanced acidity and pronounced minerality
