Description:
The Grande Cuvée “Kermesse” stands out for its intense ruby color and its multifaceted and very rich bouquet: fruity with red berries and black cherries, a delicate scent of violets accompanied by spicy notes of pepper and black tea with toasted aromas in the background. A strong tannic structure combined with inviting elegance convince on the palate where they reveal great potential, harmonious and fruity flavor and a fresh finish. A wine of great character and expressiveness!
Grapes:
Petit Verdot, Syrah, Lagrein, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon – Italian Red Wine.
Area:
Vineyard "Plon", vineyard with extreme slope above the municipality of Termeno. Crú vineyards "Castel Ringberg" overlooking Lake Caldaro and Vigna "Kastelaz", a steeply sloping vineyard in the municipality of Termeno.
Winemaking:
The different grapes are harvested on the same day and processed all together. Only Cabernet Sauvignon, which matures later, is added later. Fermentation in steel with maceration of approx. 10 days on the pomace and subsequent malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aging in French oak barriques for 18 months. After assembly, long refinement in the bottle.

To be paired with a wide range of meat and game dishes.
Service temperature:
16 - 18°C.
Possible aging:
over 15 years.
