Description
Very intense color and a concentrated fruit of Cassis and berries. In the mouth elegant tannins that give the wine fullness and persistence.
Aging potential: 6 – 8 years.
Cabernet Sauvigno grape variety from modern espalier systems (approximately 5,000 plants per hectare).
Pairing Suitable for tasty dishes based on red, grilled or roasted meat, game and lamb and spicy cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16° C.

Acidity: 4.9 g/l
Dry extract: 28.3 g/l
Residual sugars: 2.7 g/l
Vinification Fermentation on the skins at 28-30° C in steel. Careful replacement of peels and juice for optimal color extraction. The wine ferments 1/3 in barriques and 2/3 in 35 hl wooden vats for approximately 18 months. After careful bottling, another 12 months of maturation in the bottle follows.
