The selected grapes follow the traditional red vinification and, after fermentation, the wine refines in large oak barrels to then continue with refinement in the bottle.

Color: intense ruby red
Bouquet: floral of violets and roses, fruity aromas of cherry and raspberry, typical scent of bitter almond and marzipan
Taste: full, velvety and persistent
Pairing
with meat dishes such as Carne Salada and tagliatelle with game ragù, smoked meats, dumplings, speck, pizza, pasta and cheeses
Alcohol: 13% vol
