Typical South Tyrolean Pinot Noir, rich in finesse, pleasant and full-bodied, pronounced fruity hints of Pinot, good structure and subtle tannins.

GRAPE VARIETY 100% pinot noir
WINEMAKING
controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel, aging for approximately 12 months in oak barriques (1/4 new) and another 8 months in large wooden barrels

PERFUME
typical Burgundy notes with hints of berries and cherries, at the same time fine sweetness and spices, nuances of wood

TASTE
full-bodied, elegant, round and complex

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; However, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if correctly preserved.
