Gottardi Mazzon Pinot Noir DOC 2018

Wine lovers can experience a special piece of heaven year after year: full-bodied and full of finesse, with graceful, pronounced Pinot fruits, velvety fullness, good structure and subtle tannins. We present our “made in Südtirol” wines.

Full-bodied Pinot Noir full of finesse and elegance. With full South Tyrolean charm, it brings the fruity notes of Pinot perfectly to the palate.

It is produced with pure Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in new and used oak barriques before being bottled.

It is characterized by a ruby ​​red color tending towards garnet. The nose opens with elegant hints of berries, enriched with pleasant earthy notes. In the mouth it is elegant and velvety, with a good structure and soft tannins.

Perfect to accompany first courses and red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and mature cheeses, baked fish, veal, flans and pasta with vegetables or Bolognese sauce
