Production area Cornaiano, Monticolo and Appiano Monte at 500 m above sea level
Soil Clay, calcareous, gravelly.
Vinification The harvest takes place manually in small containers for transport to the cellar. After a brief maceration and whole bunch pressing, racking takes place through natural sedimentation of the must. Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Aging on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels without malolactic fermentation for 8 months
Color Straw yellow
Nose The intense aroma of nettle and elderberry and the freshness and liveliness in the mouth are typical for this wine
Flavor The minerality and fresh acidity are balanced with corpulence and aromas in the taste
