A third of the grapes chosen for this extraordinary wine come from
from the "Girlan" sub-area on the Oltradige hills, at a height of 450-500 m above sea level, from several vineyards aged between 10 and 15 years. Two thirds instead come from Bassa Atesina - Cortaccia. The combination of production soils, from gravelly to clayey and rich in minerals, give this wine a unique character.
Vinification The harvest takes place manually in small containers for transport to the cellar. After a short maceration and whole bunch pressing, the racking takes place through natural sedimentation of the grapes

Aging on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation for 8 months.
Sensory notes and suggestions
The intense and aromatic aroma and its full, soft character require dishes with a strong flavour. We recommend it in combination with shellfish, tasty cheeses and desserts such as strudel.
