Production area
The grapes chosen for this extraordinary wine come from the Girlan area on the Oltradige hills, at a height of 450 - 500 m above sea level, from various vineyards aged between 15 and 20 years. The training system is Guyot. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from ice age sediments.

Winemaking
The harvest takes place manually in small containers for transport to the cellar. After soft whole bunch pressing, racking takes place by natural sedimentation of the must. Fermentation takes place in 12 and 15 hl French oak barrels with subsequent malolactic fermentation. The refinement on the fine yeasts in the barrel lasts 12 months and then 6 months in the bottle.

Sensory notes and suggestions
Of elegant structure and beautiful consistency, with intense fruity notes. Excellent structure, savory and mineral with long persistence on the palate. We recommend pairing it with refined dishes, including meats.
