Winemaking
After pressing the selected grapes, the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Part of the wine ages for a few months in French barriques

Characteristics
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: fruity Golden Delicious apple, pear and white peach accompanied by mineral notes
Taste: elegant and structured with good minerality

Pairing
excellent as an aperitif, with asparagus, fish, pasta dishes, poultry and vegetarian dishes

Alcohol: 14% vol

Residual sugars: 3.8 g/l (The data may vary slightly depending on the vintage)
