Chardonnay ALTKIRCH

Refined and typical bouquet of exotic fruits with good
persistence in the finish.
Description : The vine was born in France and is cultivated
in Alto Adige for about a century. Wine yes
has a beautiful straw yellow with
greenish reflections and a delicate bouquet
elegant. Very pleasant: it is harmonious and
balanced in the mouth with typical notes
exotic pineapple and mango flavors.
Aging potential: 2-3 years.
Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with
fish, cold and hot light appetizers and
to various types of pasta and to lightly cooked dishes
spiced dishes based on white meat.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
Grape variety: Chardonnay
Vinification: Fermentation of the must at temperature
controlled (18°) in steel, a small one
partly in large wooden barrels. Refinement
for a few months on the fine lees.
