White wine with a full-bodied and intense structure, with a complex and broad aromatic bouquet where notes of exotic fruit stand out and a toasted finish, with a nice flavour, elegant and persuasive, aged for 10 months in barrique

VINIFICATION Chardonnay reigns supreme in this blend. The harvest date of the different grapes from our two "single vineyards", the percentage of which can vary slightly from year to year, is determined by the optimal ripeness of the Chardonnay. Being a blend, the harvesting and processing of all the grapes takes place together and on the same day. After fermentation, battonage is carried out weekly for 3 months. The wine ages in French barriques for approx. 10 months followed by further refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Tasting

With an intense bright yellow, the Grande Cuvée “Beyond the Clouds” reveals itself in all its complexity already on the nose, where it ranges from complex aromatic nuances with notes of white flowers and nuances of stone fruit and pineapple to marry with mineral hints. Complex and refined, it presents itself on the palate with a delicate note of wood; Fascinating finesse and strength with great potential accompany the fresh finish.
