DESCRIPTION

Anastasis is an absolutely unique and original Merlot . Natural bio-wines

A velvety and spicy red
with marked hints of cocoa
and pepper that go together
to those of morello cherry and blackberry
and blend with soft
and delicate tannins,
pleasantly perceptible.

Late harvest no earlier than October 7th each year. The fermentation, which lasts from 14 to 21 days, is carried out on the skins, so as to extract maximum color and aromas.
About two years in medium-sized barrels (variable from 5.5 to 17.5 hl), with wood coming from the most noble and suitable regions of Europe (French Massif Central, Slavonia, Veneto); a further year of refinement in glass.
Ruby red of beautiful brightness with light garnet streaks
Marked hints of morello cherry, plum and blackberry are combined with those of cocoa and pepper and blend with soft and delicate tannins, pleasantly perceptible.
In the mouth tannin in perfect shape and a freshness without sagging, velvety softness.
