Le Baròncole Riserva San Giusto in Rentennano
Produced from strictly selected Sangiovese (97%) and Canaiolo (3%) grapes. The fermentation and maceration is carried out in concrete and steel tanks for approximately 18/20 days. Subsequently the wine is matured in French oak barrels and barrels, for a time that varies, depending on the characteristics of the wine, from 16 to 20 months.
