Winemaking
The grapes used for this extraordinary wine are dried in the vineyard until the end of November and the beginning of December. After maceration it is gently pressed at 1.2 bar. Fermentation and maturation take place in small French wooden barriques for a year, followed by further maturation for a few months in the bottle.
Tasting notes
intense golden yellow, with almost crystalline clarity and great consistency
warm aromas on a honeyed background with intense notes of exotic fruit in syrup, raisins and dried apricots, candied citrus peels, dried fruit, dried roses, ginger and vanilla
Sweet and velvety in the mouth, it explodes with liveliness, maintaining perfect elegance. A long, refined spiciness concludes the beautiful tasting experience. Roen is an excellent accompaniment to desserts, dried fruit, blue or mature cheeses. Extraordinary on its own, as a meditation wine, to accompany an unforgettable convivial moment.
