Winemaking
Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Delicate pressing and racking for natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 6-7 months on fine yeasts in steel barrels.

Description of the wine
Colour: light straw yellow with light greenish tinges
Nose: In the nose, this classic Pinot Blanc enhances the notes of pear and fresh apple that intersect with the aromas of gooseberry and lime, all rounded off by hints of chamomile and lemongrass.
Taste: The classic Pinot Blanc presents itself as strong and compelling, conquering the palate with aromas of pear and quince, with a fruity, but also mineral and salty taste. It is a wine that literally dances on the tongue, before surprising with its long persistence.
