Pinot Noir Reserve

Description
Wine with a ruby ​​red color, fruity aromas of cherries, raspberries, small red fruits, and fine spices, well integrated with hints of toasting. On the palate it is full-bodied, full, complex with soft tannins and a long and elegant finish.

Grape variety
Pinot Noir; Espalier systems with vines aged between 15-35 years.
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in wooden barrels for approximately 3 weeks with maceration at a controlled temperature of 15-23° C. Malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels and subsequent maturation of the wine for another 12 months partly in new barriques and partly in second/third pass.

Acidity: 5.1 g/l
Residual sugars: 1.7 g/l
