Bouquet: aromatic, notes of nutmeg, citrus and apricot
Taste: fresh and elegant with well-balanced acidity and a light mineral aftertaste and light residual sugar

ideal with typical South Tyrolean desserts such as Krapfen and apple strudel

Alcohol: 12% vol
