Vinification Towards mid-October, after over-ripening on the vine, the bunches are collected in small boxes and left to dry naturally for 30 days. The grapes, destemmed and softly pressed, ferment in special stainless steel tanks with continuous punching down and oxygenation with pumping over and delastage at a controlled temperature of 18-24°C for 30 days.
Aging Maturation with batonnage technique in French oak for 30 months and refinement for 12 months in the bottle.
Color Deep and dense ruby red, with violet reflections.
Nose The nose releases fruity notes of blueberry, blackcurrant and blackberry, then revealing hints of spices, vanilla and liquorice.
Taste Creamy in the mouth due to the high extract and dense tannicity. Of great clarity and executive technique.
