Castelfeder's flagship wine, a Chardonnay Riserva, derives its name from the Cru in the heart of the village of Margreid, which is historically the best growing area of this variety in Alto Adige.
Kreuzweg is undoubtedly a unique wine, in which it is possible to savor the history and passion that characterize the work of those who work in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Chardonnay - Alto Adige DOC Riserva
Area:
Selected Cru Kreuzweg vineyard in Margredo at 220-240 m above sea level on limestone gravel soils.
Winemaking:
Harvested by hand, alcoholic fermentation in barrique, aging for 18 months in barrique, 12 months in steel tanks, 6 months of aging in bottle.
Pairing:
Refined fish tartare with passion fruit, oil, pepper, or with smoked salmon.
Service temperature:
12 - 14°C.
Possible aging:
over 10 years.
