Amarone, historic and classic Italian wine from the Montecariano farm. Matteo and Marco Galtarossa, the two owners, are two young people, theirs is a small company that has nothing to envy of the larger and more famous ones. Their Amarone has a great identity, it respects the territory having within itself all the typical characteristics of this made in Italy wine.
Characteristics:
Compact ruby red wine with garnet reflections. The aroma is reminiscent of ripe and cooked fruit, with hints of walnut, almond and black pepper. The full-bodied, rich and dense taste, with notes of chocolate and Boer.
Winemaking:
At controlled temperature in stainless steel after drying the grapes outdoors.
Refinement:
36 months in Slavonian oak barrels. This is a great wine for aging
